Scientific Activities
The programme contains regular seminars (every two weeks) and workshops with the following contents:
- Soft skills: Literature search, presentation techniques, scientific writing, statistics etc.
- Clinical pharmacy:
- Key issues such as dose adjustment for specific patient populations, drug-drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, drug administration
- Specific clinical and disease patterns
- Research projects within the field of clinical pharmacy and medicine
- Journal club: Each student (once a year)
- Regular progress reports by the students and monitoring of the projects together with the pharmaceutical and scientific mentors.
Furthermore, the student is expected to attend and present their data at scientific meetings (oral presentations or poster presentations), present their project at the yearly final meeting and to contribute to at least one publication in an international scientific journal.
